Krx18 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the krx18 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the krx18 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the services provided.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the krx18 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the latest version.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are in a jurisdiction where use of this service is permitted under their local laws.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on krx18. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the freezing of any funds held within them.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. krx18 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension without prior notice.
User Responsibilities and Rules
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities they carry out on the krx18 platform comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. This platform does not provide legal advice, and each user is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the platform without authorisation
- Engaging in fraud, transaction manipulation, or any form of deceptive activity targeting the platform or other users
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways not intended by the platform
Payment and Transaction Information
All deposits and withdrawals on the krx18 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX internet banking, DuitNow Transfer, and Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards issued by Malaysian banks.
Krx18 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal. This may require supporting documents such as a copy of your identity card or bank statement. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may delay or cancel the withdrawal request.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. krx18 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment processors. Any fees charged by third parties are the user's responsibility.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Krx18 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of terms, multi-account usage, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform.
Where a suspension is due to an ongoing investigation, funds in the account may be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes with no findings of wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and funds released within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the krx18 support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all outstanding bonus conditions and pending transactions have been resolved.
Platform Liability Limits
The krx18 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform remains functional and accurate at all times, we make no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures.
Krx18 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from service interruptions, technical failures, in-game losses, or decisions made by users based on information available on the platform.
Krx18's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount actually deposited by that user into their account within the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the krx18 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is owned by or licensed to krx18, and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.
Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, transmit, reproduce, display, or sell any platform content without prior written consent from krx18. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Krx18 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the krx18 platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
